The simple rules that keep FLYFOOD fair for everyone who orders, delivers or partners with us.
Your orders
Prices are shown in naira and include VAT. Menu items may vary by location and season. We'll always confirm availability when you place your order.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the kitchen starts firing. After that, our refund policy applies.
Delivery
Times are estimates, not guarantees. Lagos traffic is a fact of life. We'll keep you updated live, and if your food arrives late you'll get FLYFOOD credit automatically.
Delivery zones and fees are shown at checkout before you pay — never after.
Allergies & dietary needs
Our kitchens handle common allergens. If you have a serious allergy, tell us at checkout and call the kitchen — we'll do everything we can, but we can't guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
Franchise & partnership terms
Franchise agreements are governed by their own signed terms. Information on this site is an invitation to enquire, not an offer.
Changes
We may update these terms as FLYFOOD grows. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page.
